You can submit an order to us in one of the following ways:
- Internet – Look through the entire product range; get inspired by our latest fashion collections and style guides. Once on the item detail page, simply choose your favourite colour/s and size/s and the item availability information will be displayed. Then place your item in your shopping basket and proceed with the order.
- Phone – you can call our customer service number on: 078 35 71 75 90. Lines are open 7 days per week, from 8am – 6pm. Outside these hours, we will take your enquires on our answerphone. We will be happy to return your call if required. Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes. Calls to our number use free plan minutes (if available on your network plan). Otherwise, calls cost the same as calls to a Cellphone – even when calling from UK landline phone.
UK DELIVERY
Order deliveries are sent out using a fully traceable system via Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Hermes. The vast majority of our good(s) are delivered within 5-6 working days. However, delivery timescale can vary due to various factors: such as the availability of the good(s), your address or any other factors outside of our control. Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all good(s) as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Availability is guaranteed only while stock lasts. Once your order has reached Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Hermes you will receive an email with your tracking number and from this point the parcel takes an average of 1-2 days to reach you if you are in the UK.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For delivery in Europe, we use a fully traceable delivery system via Royal Mail. The cost of delivery will appear at checkout. Once your order has reached Royal Mail, you will receive an email with your tracking number and from this point the parcel takes an average of 3-5 business days to reach you.
For delivery in USA and Canada, we use a fully traceable delivery system via Royal Mail. The cost of delivery will appear at checkout. Once your order has reached Royal Mail, you will receive an email with your tracking number and from this point the parcel takes an average of 6-7 business days to reach you.
For delivery in the Rest of the World, we use a fully traceable delivery system via Royal Mail. The cost of delivery will appear at checkout. Once your order has reached Royal Mail, you will receive an email with your tracking number and from this point the parcel takes an average of 6-7 business days to reach you.
International delivery times may vary if they are subject to customs charges. This is beyond our control but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.
Busy periods such as national bank holidays may also affect delivery times. We do not process orders on national holidays, we advise you order in advance to avoid any delays.
